1. Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to anyone who books, or is booked for, a home visit, teleconsultation, or related service ("Service") through Doctor At Home Care ("we", "us", "our") by phone, WhatsApp, or this website. By booking a visit, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the patient you are booking for.
2. What we provide
Doctor At Home Care coordinates doctor and nurse home visits across Delhi NCR, including consultation, basic diagnostics, and follow-up support. Visits are carried out by independently qualified physicians and nursing staff. Pricing is quoted at the time of booking and may vary by consultation type, location, and diagnostics required.
3. Not an emergency service
Doctor At Home Care is built for urgent-but-not-life-threatening symptoms. It is not a substitute for emergency medical services. If you or someone you are caring for is experiencing a life-threatening emergency — chest pain with breathlessness, major trauma, loss of consciousness, or similar — call an ambulance or go to the nearest emergency room immediately rather than booking through us.
4. Booking, arrival times, and cancellations
Arrival times quoted (including any median arrival figure shown on this site) are estimates based on typical dispatch times and are not guaranteed — actual arrival can vary with traffic, weather, location, and demand. You may cancel or reschedule a booking by calling or messaging us; cancellation close to the scheduled visit time may be subject to a charge, which will be communicated to you before the visit is confirmed.
5. Payment
Consultation fees are payable as agreed at the time of booking or on completion of the visit, through the payment methods we make available. Additional diagnostics or medication arranged during the visit, if any, are charged separately and will be communicated to you before they're carried out.
6. Medical disclaimer
Diagnosis, treatment, and prescriptions are provided solely at the professional judgment of the attending physician. Doctor At Home Care facilitates the visit but does not itself practise medicine. Information on this website (including specialty descriptions and FAQs) is for general awareness only and is not medical advice — it does not replace an actual consultation.
7. Your responsibilities
Please provide accurate symptom information, medical history, and location details when booking, and ensure a responsible adult is present at the address during the visit if the patient is a minor, elderly, or otherwise unable to independently communicate with the visiting physician.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Doctor At Home Care's liability in connection with the Service is limited to the amount paid for the specific visit giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes resulting from inaccurate information provided at booking.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be available at this page. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi NCR.
